Fixture uses the subprocessors below to help provide, secure, and support the Services. These providers may process Customer Data for the stated purpose.
Not every subprocessor applies to every Customer. Use depends on the Fixture features a Customer enables and the infrastructure supporting those features.

AI Services
Fixture routes AI requests through OpenRouter, an LLM gateway that may send prompts and outputs to downstream model providers as needed to provide the requested feature. Fixture restricts routing to an approved allowlist of downstream providers whose parent organizations are headquartered in the United States and that are not permitted to use Customer Data, including inputs or outputs, to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve models for their own purposes. Processing locations may vary by provider endpoint; Fixture does not represent that all processing occurs exclusively within the United States. The downstream provider used for a request may vary based on the Fixture feature, selected model, and endpoint availability. Downstream model providers accessed through OpenRouter are not listed separately below.

Customer-Directed Integrations
Customers can connect third-party services such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Granola, Stripe, and PostHog. A provider is not a Fixture subprocessor solely because a Customer chooses to connect it. The provider's own terms may govern its connected service. PostHog is listed above because Fixture also uses it to operate the Services.
