Today, we launch Fixture: an AI-first CRM built for startups that expect people and agents to work from the same customer context.

Most CRMs were designed around manual recordkeeping. They can store accounts, contacts, notes, and deals, but the work still depends on people remembering to update fields, connect the dots, and chase the next step. AI changes that expectation. The system should not just hold customer data. It should understand the work happening around each customer and help move it forward.

Fixture starts with a simple idea: every email, meeting, note, task, integration event, and agent action should land in one structured customer timeline. Your team should be able to see what happened, ask what matters, and take action without jumping across tools or rebuilding context from scratch.

That means the CRM becomes more than a database. It becomes the operating surface for customer work:

• A unified activity feed that shows what people and agents are doing.
• A command bar for creating records, updating fields, finding accounts, and asking for help.
• A shared task queue where human commitments and agent-driven follow-up live together.
• Integration paths for the tools your team already uses.
• API and MCP workflows so Fixture can be operated from the surfaces where technical teams already work.

We are building Fixture for teams that want AI to participate in real customer workflows, not sit beside them as a chat window. When an agent drafts follow-up, logs activity, updates an account, or creates a task, that work should be visible, accountable, and connected to the customer record.

The first version is intentionally focused. We care about fast setup, clean context, and the moments where work usually falls through the cracks. Over time, Fixture will become the place where startups coordinate customer relationships across people, software, and agents.
